Intro

Welcome to my inaugural post for my web log or blog. I run in San Francisco for a multitude of reasons none of which I can think of now. Running is now such a part of my life, that it is strange when I am not preparing for a run or winding down from one. Really I usually run 4 days a week, and lately it has been less as I am dealing with plantar fasciitis. This is one injury to avoid as a runner because the healing process is extremely long because we spend so much time on feet. I am keeping my miles down to around 20 per week, and I treat foot with exotic, isolated foot stretches , and a daily taping regimen.
